FractureBox is a first-person physics sandbox game. There is no campaign mode and no time limit to tell you what to do. You only have one pair of hands, a generated menu full of weapons, items and NPCs. Before you appeared, they had a pleasant day. They panic, they run around, they surrender, they beg, they play dead, they cry for help, and sometimes they just stand there and judge you. Some people talk and talk a lot. Limbs can break after being hit, leaving residual bones and short fragments of tissue. The wound was located exactly where the bullet fell. A shot in the head looks very different from a shot in the knee. They deserve to be. This is indeed the case. The flames will scorch. Explosions will splash everywhere. The bodies remain in their original state until they no longer exist. The law enforcement recorder perspective makes the whole process feel like a pseudo-documentary. Free aiming, crouching, jumping, sideways, left-handed mode, and more. NPCs are the real game. They will patrol, line up, respond to gunfire, run screaming, and give them weapons if you want to multiply your troubles.
