Meet the dragon's request for tribute, or bear its wrath. With a single hammer blow, one’s worth skyrockets. One more hammer blow, and it might be nothing but scrap metal. ForgeTax is a dark style first person mild Rogue game. You will play as a blacksmith imprisoned by a dragon, forge a long sword, change probability with relics, and live on round after round of tribute. Use a hammer to knock out good luck. Heat the sword and put it on the anvil. Every success will make its value soar, but greed to knock more may also make it shatter on the spot. The same sword can be forged 10 times to be full of concentration, and the next stroke will trigger it. Take advantage of this brief moment that will not break, and swing the hammer as much as you like. Abandoning the long sword and building a chain of relic vending machines collect not money but swords. For every relic in exchange, there is less a sword that can be dedicated to the dragon. Change the draw ticket, combine wonderful effects, and push the value of the ordinary long sword to the height of absurdity. Build a genre with luck, or let luck work for your genre. The dragon is waiting to put the sword on the platform and ring the bell. Meet the requirements and you can go back to the anvil to continue forging. If the tribute is insufficient, the behemoth behind the iron fence will lose some patience. What to leave behind, what to give, when to take the hammer, is up to you. Tribute to the dragon. Forge your revenge.
